Dr Maya gave a special lecture “Adult Female Acne” at the American University of Beirut, Dermatology Department. The focus was on the causes of this “epidemic”, its chronicity and an update on treatment.

Dr Maya is attending the annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology in Washington DC for the latest updates on medical and cosmetic Dermatology, March 1-5.

Dr Maya gave an “Update on Acne and Rosacea – What’s new in 2018?” to the dermatologists participating in the 13th Annual Congress of Dermatology held in Beirut.

Dr Zayour’s lecture “The difficult itch” at the 12th Annual Congress of Dermatology in Beirut, Lebanon (April 27-29) addressed the causes and ways to treat patients with chronic itching.

As part of the Lebanese Congress of Dermatology, Dr Maya talked about “Hormonal Treatment of Acne and Hirsutism” intended, among others, for women with recurrent acne and difficult facial hair unresponsive to laser hair removal.

During her presentation “Lipolysis and Liposuction” at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, Dr Maya gave an update to the dermatologists on the latest advances in the field of fat reduction and Liposculpture and the pro’s and con’s of current procedures. The lecture was by invitation from the dermatology department.
