Dr Zayour uses Botulinum toxin (Botox) with a few injections in the right places to elevate the eyebrows. She may also use soft tissue fillers and occasionally fat to fill up the area under and around the eyebrows to give them a younger contour thus giving the eyes a more open and sexy. With such interventions, the eyelids will also pull up evading the need for surgery to cut up the extra eyelid skin.
